Honoring Our Veterans Charlton Street School held their annual tribute to Veterans on Tuesday, November 10. Student performed for the veterans who served their country in the armed forces and for family members and friends. A special essay, "When is the Right Time to Honor Our Military Heroes?" was read by its author, Wells Middle School Student, Darrien S. Poster winners were announced by Mr. Mike Trombley and were presented with Walmart gift certificates. Third grade winners were Garret L. and Alexxus A. Second grade winners were Yairis Q. and Rosa P.
V.F.W. Dictionary Presentation Charlton Street School held their annual V.F.W. Dictionary Presentation to third grade students on Wednesday, September 30. The dictionaries were donated by the V.F.W. and the Worcester County Memorial Park. Classroom teachers presented the dictionaries to their students during this greatly appreciated assembly.
